SPACE FRAME STRUCTURE 

 

ABS space frames are three dimensional (space) truss consists of steel hollow tubes interconnected by means of solid spherical nodes. Loads are transmitted in the members as tension or compression loads to the joints. Space frames derive their strength from the inherent rigidity of the triangular frame.

ABS space frames feature the use of Mero type system of joints, in which solid spheres are utilized to inter-connect the tubes.
